Coffee Selector & FAQ

Find the right coffee for your grinder, brewer and taste.

Should I choose whole beans or ground coffee?

Have a coffee grinder or a bean-to-cup machine? Choose Coffee Beans and grind for your brewer. No grinder? Choose Ground Coffee, checking the product's grind options before ordering. Always check the product title and selected option to confirm whether you are buying beans or ground coffee.

Which grind suits my brewing method?

Match the grind option to your equipment. Titanium Coffee Red Label Ground Coffee 1Kg offers Moka Pot, Filter Drip Machine and Espresso machine options. Uganda Single Origin Ground Coffee 1Kg offers Moka Pot Ground, Filter Pot and Espresso Machine options.

Using a plunger/French press, AeroPress or another brewer? If your method is not listed, contact us before ordering to check suitability. Not every ground coffee listing offers a grind choice, so do not assume one grind suits every brewer.

What if I want Turkish coffee or an easy cup without a brewer?

Turkish Fine Ground Coffee 1Kg is listed as extra-fine, dark-roasted coffee with cardamom. Coffee Drip Sachets come in a box of 10 individually packed servings and need only a cup and boiling water. Find both in Ground Coffee.

Which roast or flavour should I choose?

For a dark roast, look at Espresso Dark Roast. Titanium Coffee Red Label is described as full-bodied, low-acidity and medium/dark roast. Uganda Single Origin is listed as medium roast. Prefer flavoured coffee? Explore Flavoured Coffee, including French Vanilla, Roasted Hazelnut and Caramel Toffee. Check each listing for beans or ground format.

How do I check roast freshness when ordering online?

Roast level, such as medium or dark, describes the roast style, not the roast date. For a particular coffee's current roast date, packing details or whether it is roasted to order, contact us before purchasing if these details are not shown on its product page. This FAQ does not promise a roast-to-order service or a set number of days from roasting to delivery.

How should I store my coffee?

As general coffee-care guidance, keep coffee in a well-sealed container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. If you buy whole beans, grind only what you need for each brew.
